Day 1, Monday: Introduction and WP1: AI Concepts and Definitions

The day began with a welcoming ceremony, where the director and project coordinator from DIMEM gave a welcome speech and provided information about the program. The facilitator also welcomed participants, who introduced themselves and shared their roles and interest in AI. Kristina Sutiene and Liepa Bikulciene delivered a presentation on AI concepts and definitions, establishing a common understanding of foundational AI concepts among the team members.

Day 2, Tuesday: Introduction and WP2: Raspberry Pi

Fatima Pais introduced the basics of Raspberry Pi, discussing its models and specifications with practical examples of use cases and projects. Participants checked the availability of necessary materials for installing the Raspbian OS on SD cards, completing the first boot setup. The day concluded with a simple "Hello World" script written and executed in Python on the Raspberry Pi.

Day 3, Wednesday: Introduction and WP3: Introduction and Basics – ESP 32

The day started with an introduction to WP3. Professors and Sucessos Criativos supervised the sessions, guiding project groups. The basics of ESP 32 were introduced, with theoretical information provided to the participants. GitHub accounts were set up for project version control, and participants learned basic Git commands like clone, commit, push, and pull. A temperature-based servo control project was implemented, with required components procured, circuits set up, and a Python script written to control the servo motor. The project was then uploaded to GitHub by the groups.

Day 4, Thursday: Introduction and WP4: Hands-on Project

Participants began the implementation phase of the hands-on project. In the first part, various controls were established, and applications were monitored. The second part focused on continuing the implementation, where completed projects were observed and evaluated.

Day 5, Friday: Evaluation and Follow-up

The final day involved evaluating and reviewing the activities conducted throughout the project. The team assessed the outcomes and discussed follow-up actions for future improvement and implementation.
