The EcoLight – Smart Energy Saving Lighting System is designed to promote sustainable and efficient use of electrical energy in indoor environments. The system automatically monitors ambient light and motion using sensors and controls lighting accordingly. The main purpose of the project is to reduce unnecessary energy consumption by ensuring that lighting is used only when it is needed. When the environment becomes dark, the system automatically turns on the LED light. When sufficient light is detected, the LED turns off, preventing unnecessary electricity use. When motion is detected, another LED indicator activates to signal human presence. An OLED display shows real-time information about the system status, including light conditions, motion detection, and the current state of the LEDs. The same information is also printed in the console for monitoring and debugging.
