The EcoFeed – Smart Pet Food Monitoring System is a sustainability-oriented project based on Raspberry Pi 5. The system monitors the level of pet food inside a container using an ultrasonic sensor and provides real-time feedback using an RGB LED and an OLED display. The ultrasonic sensor measures the distance between the sensor and the surface of the pet food. Based on this distance, the system determines whether the food level is high, medium, or low. The OLED display shows the measured distance, food level, and system status, while the RGB LED provides a quick visual indication of the current state of the container.
