On the 16th and 17th of January 2024, Politeknika Ikastegia Txorerri S.COOP., a Basque VET center located in the north of Spain, had the honor of hosting the first Transnational Project Meeting of the AI & SUSTAINABILITYErasmus+ project.

During this initial gathering, all project partners had the opportunity to meet in person and establish the first steps to move forward. The first day was primarily focused on resolving key logistical concerns, including financial arrangements, travel plans, and project deadlines. The consortium also agreed on the division of responsibilities, covering areas such as Quality and Control, Promotion and Dissemination, Management and Financial Oversight, Risk Management, the Exploitation Plan, and the Visual Identity Manual for the project.

Additionally, the partners discussed the components of the Educational KIT, which is part of the Tool Box for AI & SUSTAINABILITY. These components will later be distributed among the partners, who will use them to develop their respective nine educational projects.

This successful kick-off meeting laid a strong foundation for the project’s future collaboration and development.
