Key action points discussed included the submission of documents for agreements, which is due by 10.13.2023, with all partners responsible for contributing. Additionally, documents for the working group, including names and contact information, need to be provided by 27.10.2023. Sucessos Criativos will set up the Google Drive for document sharing, while DIMEM will organize communication groups through Messenger, Google, and WhatsApp. Lastly, the kick-off meeting will be held in Spain, Bilbao, with the exact dates to be confirmed by the Spanish Partner.
